those photos were modified with photoshop, to give this aspect of miniature
I think you can find tutorial on the web.. try tilt shift on google

Absolutely thrilled with this collection of images, I am a big fan of the tilt-shift and these are expertly done!
Great series of miniature effect. I heard that some of the recent DSLR have that function already installed in the camera, or iPhone software??? Sorry I am so outdated, and my camera, too. But I will definitely give it a try with Photoshop!!!
